Location: Ideally an inspiring external venue, but Zoom works too.
Agenda
- 09:00 — Welcome & introductions
- 09:10 — Introduction to the framework and its six questions
- 09:10–09:45 — Work through Q1–3 (Why / For whom / Where) via Post-its; facilitator consolidates
- 09:45–10:45 — Q4–5: Type of solution and timeframe
- 10:45–11:30 — Q6: Success criteria
- 11:30–12:00 — Project-start planning: who leads, core vs. extended team
- 12:00–12:45 — Next steps: final kickoff date, final team, who sends invites
