Scope a single AI idea before strategic/tactical work begins. Run it once per idea — use "New idea" for each one you want to frame.

The trigger and the goal: efficiency, automation, or new business models.

Who benefits: internal stakeholders (staff, departments) or external (customers, partners).

Scope: geographic reach and which business areas/processes (sales, support, dev, etc.).

Evolutionary (incremental, low-effort improvement of existing processes) vs. revolutionary (radical change, higher investment). Early AI implementations ideally land in low-effort/high-benefit.

Realistic timeframe for first visible results (short- vs. long-term).

Measurable KPIs: revenue growth, cost reduction, efficiency gains, reduced support volume, etc.
