AI confidence is moderate-to-high on average (3.4, range 2–5), with prior exposure to AI tools still limited (only 1 of 5 using it professionally), pointing to a readiness gap between attitude and actual experience. Opportunity themes cluster around forecasting and early-warning use cases (delivery dates, delays, material needs, recurring deviations), while concerns center on transparency/explainability of AI decisions, data privacy (image-based QS), and fear of added complexity slowing down operations rather than helping — both should be addressed explicitly in the workshop narrative.
